CARROTS

Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A and beta-carotene a powerful antioxidant. They are also a good source of vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium and fiber.

TIP: To keep carrots for longer, keep them in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
