CABBAGE (RED)

Red cabbage is nutrient-dense in vitamins C, K, and B6, potassium, calcium, iron and fiber. 

TIP: When cooking red cabbage, the color can change from purple to blue or green. To maintain the color, it is recommended to cook it with vinegar or lemon juice.
